Cheryl works with people of all ages – from children to adults – and provides therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma and addictions. She is experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, family-systems therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and therapies for trauma related conditions including trauma-focused CBT and brainspotting. She completed graduate training in counseling psychology from Vermont College. Cheryl is licensed as both a professional counselor and counseling supervisor (LPC-S) and has additional certification as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS).
