Kelly Caniglia, LPC
Kelly works with ages 10 and up and offers both individual and family therapy. She helps people with anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, addictions, schizophrenia, trauma, stress and psychosis. She works from a positive perspective, helping clients to find their strengths and sources of empowerment in their lives. She is passionate about her work as a therapist, and enjoys the process of helping each individual find the path that is right for them.
Among the therapies she is experienced in include mindfulness based therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and EMDR (a specialized method for trauma-related conditions). She has additional expertise in therapy for dissociation (including dissociative identity disorder) and serves on the national board of an advocacy organization for this condition, An Infinite Mind.
Kelly received her Masters in Counseling at Rollins College. In her free time, Kelly enjoys hiking, painting, yoga and has a deep love for all the arts.
