New Client Visit	Description		Cost
Diagnostic Interview (Note: when entering your name, please use first and last only, without prefixes, suffixes or middle names)	In this session you will complete a diagnostic interview with Janet Greer, NP and develop an initial treatment plan with Dr. Aiken and Janet which may include medication and/or therapy. Duration = 1-2 hours.		If we are in your insurance network, the cost is your copay or deductible*. Out-of-network cost is $220.
First Visit Screening (Note: when entering your name, please use first and last only, without prefixes, suffixes or middle names)	In this session you will complete a standardized interview with Liat Handing or Matt Case that was developed to improve the accuracy of psychiatric diagnosis. Completing this step will also allow you to schedule sooner with a prescribing clinician if needed.		If we are in your insurance network, the cost is your copay or deductible*. Out-of-network cost is $100 for the screening session (the follow-up visit with the prescribing clinician will be $120).
