After graduating from Appalachian State University, Ali earned her Master’s in Counseling from Wake Forest University.

Ali provides individual, couples, and family counseling to adult clients, drawing from several disciplines, including motivational interviewing. Areas of interest for Ali include depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, relationships, women’s issues, sexual issues, and gender and sexual identity. Ali is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in North Carolina.

In her free time, Ali enjoys hiking, creating multimedia art, river rafting and tubing, playing with her two dogs (‘Tuna’ and ‘Fata’), reading, and cooking.
