Caitlin Smith, MSW, LCSW-A


Caitlin loves being a therapist because she finds great joy in working with clients throughout their journey of growth and healing. She takes a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy. Caitlin meets her clients where they are at and works alongside them to uncover patterns that no longer serve them and implement new patterns that promote fulfillment in life and relationships. She believes in the importance of advocacy and empowering her clients to become their own best advocates.

Caitlin completed her undergraduate degree in psychology from Appalachian State University and her graduate education from the Joint Master of Social Work Program between UNCG and NCAT. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her three cats, and gardening.
