Connie Marshall

Intern

Connie works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She approaches therapy through the lens of person-centered therapy and utilizes DBT, ACT, and the creative arts by fostering the client-clinician relationship and finding the key to each unique individual. Connie’s particular areas of interest include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, and mood disorders.

Connie received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in music at Colorado University and Georgia State University. She is currently a graduate student at Wake Forest University pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Connie completed her practicum at Certus Psychiatry prior to joining the Mood Treatment Center.

In her free time Connie enjoys walking, biking, hiking, camping, traveling, music, art, theater, reading, and most of all cooking and sharing a meal with her family.
