In this seminar you’ll learn simple lifestyle changes that can treat depression and make medications work better. From brain-superfoods to dawn simulators, forest therapy to blue-light blockers. The techniques in this course improve mood by reducing inflammation, promoting brain growth, and stabilizing the hormones that run the body’s internal clock.
The course is lead by Larisa King, a psychiatric nurse with over 18 years of experience in the mental health field. It is based on a book that’s due for release by PESI later this year (The Depression and Bipolar Workbook, by Chris Aiken, M.D.). Sneak preview here.
