Weight loss, Sleep, and Melatonin
January 4, 2021Spring Newsletter
January 4, 2021This peer support group is run by a facilitator trained through the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. It is available to all adults (over 18) who have experienced the loss of a loved one by suicide.
Loss through suicide is like no other, and the grieving can be especially complex and traumatic. People coping with this kind of loss often need more support than others, but may get less. Suicide, and the stigma surrounding it, can isolate survivors from their community and even from other family members.
