Jensen Woelfle

Intern

Jensen is a graduate student at Wake Forest University pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. While Jensen works with all ages and presenting issues, her areas of interest include depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, interpersonal conflict, identity development, and life transitions. Jensen aims to provide a judgement-free environment which promotes vulnerability and growth among her clients. Jensen operates from a person-centered approach and draws from a variety of theories, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems (IFS). 

Prior to her internship at the Mood Treatment Center, Jensen provided individual and group counseling to students at Atkins Academic and Technology High School. 

Jensen enjoys playing tennis, walking her dog, thrift shopping, and making coffee in her free time!
