Kathryn “Kayt” Warren, MSW, LCAS
Kayt uses an eclectic approach to therapy focusing on a person-centered and strengths-based focus of each individual. Kayt strives to tailor therapeutic approaches to the needs of each person; this is done through a variety of modalities including motivational interviewing, systems theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, empowerment, humanism, and mindfulness. She also specializes in trauma focused interventions. Kayt strives to be organic in her therapy and truly believes in the human capacity to grow and heal.
Kayt obtained her master’s degree in Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Drug and Addiction Studies from the University of South Carolina andhas over a decade of experience working with depression, anxiety, addictions, and a myriad of other mental health concerns with adults.
In her free time Kayt enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. She is a fitness enthusiast and certified Barre instructor. Kayt is involved is several community organizations and serves on the board of directors for OASIS. She acknowledges the role of community in mental health and wellness.
