Therapist

Lindsay is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Associate and works with clients of all ages but has a love of working with children and adolescents.  She believes that every person has a voice that needs to be heard and she strives to help that voice become empowered with strength and healing through therapy.  Lindsay approaches therapy through a multidisciplinary lens that is tailored to fit each individual client’s needs.  Approaches she uses include:

Lindsay has spent a decade in the school systems as a Professional School Counselor and has worked with students of all ages in that role.  She has experience with and enjoys helping people through life transitions, grief, anxiety, trauma, depression, and social anxiety among other diagnoses.

Lindsay completed her Masters degree in Professional School Counseling from Appalachian State University and later went on to earn her credentials as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor-Associate.  She looks forward to helping people through all walks of life reach their path of healing through showing kindness and unconditional positive regard.

In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her four children, journaling, spending time in the sunshine and being at her favorite place in the world…the beach.
