Antonia completed her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy through Liberty University. She has years of counseling services across a variety of treatment settings including residential services, outpatient services, inpatient substance abuse and community-based services.
What inspired you to go into therapy? I’ve always worked in the helping profession.
How do you manage stress in your own life? Exercise, shopping, getting plenty of rest.
What guides you in your work as a therapist? The client guides me through the counseling process.
What are your guiding principles in therapy? Listen, seek understanding, be genuine, and develop the relationship between client and therapist.
