Ashley Levers, LMFT
Ashley’s interests include anxiety, depression, bipolar, stress, grief, relationships, women’s issues and medical problems. She uses a person- entered and strengths- based approach. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing while using a systemic focus. Ashley works with young adults and older.
A native of Winston Salem, Ashley completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology and women and gender studies at Furman University, before completing her masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Appalachian State University. She has extensive history working with clients in crisis in the hospital setting. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, exercising, and reading.
