H.M. Humphrey, LPC-A
H.M. works with individuals, couples, and families. She approaches counseling through a strengths-based lens, and draws from an attachment perspective in much of her work. Her areas of interest include: couples work, grief work, the process of emotion, women’s issues, spirituality, bipolar, mindfulness, and wellness.
