Julie Gleim, LPC

Julie works with adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience helping people steer through difficult moods, whether from bipolar, depression, borderline personality disorder, or stress and trauma. She has extensive training in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness therapy, and specialized versions of CBT for trauma. Julie helps clients draw from their strengths to build a more positive life.

Julie received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Appalachian State University, with a additional certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy. Originally from New Bern, NC, Julie has lived in the Triad for much of her adult life and enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
