Kelly Joyce, LCMHC
Kelly provides therapy for individuals and families, working with ages 5 and up. She uses an integrative approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Kelly draws from the modalities of mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and a therapy for trauma-related conditions, brainspotting. She works with clients to address symptoms of trauma, anxiety, shame and self-worth issues, depression, grief, and relational conflicts.
Kelly received her undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in childhood development at Appalachian State University and her graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling at Syracuse University. During personal time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, learning new things, yoga, hiking, eating great food, and snuggling with her two cats Chubbs and Sampson.
