Lindsay Reynolds, PMHC, MSW, LCSW
Lindsay works from a person-centered and strengths-based approach. She utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Therapy to help people manage stress their daily lives. Lindsay believes a person’s mental, physical, and emotional health and environment are connected.
Lindsay’s areas of interest include depression, anxiety, bipolar, women’s issues, military veterans, aging, stress, relationships, and grief. She has additional certification in perinatal and postpartum mental health conditions (PMHC).
Lindsay completed her graduate degree in Social Work at N.C. A&T State University and UNC-Greensboro.
Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys photography, reading, hiking, and spending time with her family.
