TJ Shaffer, MA, LPC
T.J. offers mindfulness-based counseling to provide relief from stress, anxiety and mood problems. He has over 10 years of experience as a counselor working with adults and adolescents in many settings and has gained particular expertise in health psychology and crisis intervention.
He completed his graduate work at Penn State University and taught Positive Psychology, Health Psychology and Abnormal Psychology there after finishing his degree. He is regularly invited to speak on Mindfulness Counseling and Meditation.
T.J. believes that by providing a warm and open environment we can better question and challenge the things that prevent us from living fully in each moment.
