Therapist
Tina works with adults and adolescents and offers both individual and family therapy. She incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and EMDR based practices in her work. She specializes in the treatment of addictions and also provides therapy for people who were raised in families where substance use was prominent. Other areas of specialty include anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. She is passionate about helping others and seeks to create a safe place for healing.
Tina received a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as well as an Addictions Specialist certificate. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, painting, biking, and spending time with her family.
