Jennifer Connolly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her MSW through the joint program at UNC Greensboro and North Carolina A&T State University. With over 30 years of clinical experience, Jennifer has worked with adolescents, adults, and couples across a wide range of challenges. She brings a holistic perspective to her work, shaped by decades of walking alongside clients through life's most difficult and most ordinary moments alike.
Jennifer provides individual therapy to adolescent and adult clients, available both in person and via telehealth.

Jennifer works with individuals navigating depression, anxiety and panic, grief, trauma, chronic pain, sleep concerns, family and relationship challenges, ADHD, and major life transitions. Her additional training includes Solution-Focused Therapy, motivational approaches, trauma-informed emotion regulation strategies, and parenting support.
