Joe Harris

Professional Background Joe is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from East Tennessee State University. He has extensive experience in community mental health and previously served on an ACT team supporting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.

Specialties Joe works with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. He has a special interest in integrative, holistic approaches to depression, anxiety, and complex psychiatric needs.
