Professional BackgroundTheresa Moore is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of North Carolina–Wilmington and went on to complete both her Master’s degree in Nursing and her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.Theresa has worked with patients across the lifespan in a variety of clinical settings, including through her experience as a travel nurse practitioner. She is skilled in treating adults and geriatric patients with complex medical and behavioral health needs, and she also enjoys working with pediatric and adolescent patients and their families.
SpecialtiesTheresa has extensive experience delivering care via telehealth and values its role in improving access to mental health services.
