Esther completed her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She is brainspotting certified and has received specialized training and supervision in treating OCD, Eating Disorders, and trauma. She works from a Health At Every Size perspective.
In her free time, Esther plays the violin and enjoys horseback riding, yoga, and traveling.
