Our office is in the Adams Farm neighborhood between Jamestown and Greensboro, in a white building beside the Adams Farm Pool. Our blue sign is sometimes hard to see, so look for the “Adams Farm Swim Club” sign to find the turn.

Parking is in front and our receptionist will greet you at the door.

If our receptionist is out please take a seat in the waiting room and we will meet you there.

From Greensboro

Using Guilford College Rd or Wendover Ave (black line on map below)

1. Heading South, turn left on Hilltop Rd, travel 0.7 miles
2. Turn right onto Adams Farm Parkway

We are 1.3 miles up on the left in a white building beside the Adams Farm Swim Club.

Using High Point Rd (blue line on map below)

1. Heading South, turn right onto Mackay Rd, travel 0.5 miles (note there is construction around here)
2. Turn right onto Adams Farm Parkway

From Kernersville using I-40 and I-73/421

Follow black line in map below:

1. I-40 forks into 40 and 73 just before you get into Greensboro (after the Gallimore Dairy Road exit). Bear left at the fork, following signs for I-73 S/I-40 E/I-85/Asheboro/Raleigh.
2. On I-73, take exit 102 for Wendover Ave West. Very soon after (0.2 miles) bear right onto the exit for Guilford College Road. Get in the left lane on Guilford College Rd and travel 0.7 miles.
3. Left on Hilltop Rd (also called Piedmont Parkway), travel 0.7 miles
4. Right onto Adams Farm Parkway.

From High Point

Follow orange-yellow line on map below:
1. Heading North on Eastchester Drive (68), turn right onto Wendover Ave. Travel 2.7 miles on Wendover.
2. Turn right onto Piedmont Parkway, continue as it turns into Hilltop Rd (total 1.3 miles on these roads)
3. Turn right onto Adams Farm Parkway

From Mebane, The Triangle and places East

Follow blue line on map below:

1. Head towards Greensboro on I-40 West.
2. Take exit 217 for High Point Rd / Koury Blvd / Convention Center. Turn Left onto High Point Rd from the exit.
3. Travel 4 miles on High Point Rd, heading south
4. Turn right onto Mackay Rd, travel 0.5 miles (note there is construction around here)
5. Turn right onto Adams Farm Parkway
