Lina has a Masters in Social Work from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).  She has 25 years of experience in the mental health field, working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. After living in Las Vegas for 30 years, Lina moved to North Carolina a year ago to pursue a career in therapy. 

Lina takes a sincere interest in the welfare of her clients by promoting an empathetic, non-judgmental environment in each session to facilitate self-exploration and personal growth.It has been her passion and desire in helping others improve their life and build on the positive attributes that they possess. Lina’s ultimate goal is to assist clients in formulating a plan to face the challenges ahead. She works with clients aged 12 and older.

To manage stress in her own life, Lina partakes in self-care by spending time with family, riding motorcycles, camping, watching movies, and scrapbooking.
