Rachel Swaim (she/her) provides individual and family therapy to adolescents (12 yo+) and adults. Rachel specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, behavioral issues, and addiction. Rachel views counseling as a collaborative process between clients and herself, with clients being able to set their own goals for therapy and treatment. Rachel takes a Person-Centered approach to therapy while pulling interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Rachel graduated with her Master’s in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2020 and is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina (#15830). In her spare time, Rachel enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, cooking, spending time with her family, and listening to live music.
