With over 20-years of experience, Sheila provides psychotherapy for individuals ages 18-75. Her approach to therapy is relational, genuine, strength-based and culturally responsive. She believes that therapeutic change occurs in the context of non-judgmental, accepting, and collaborative relationships.

In her free time, Sheila enjoys writing, bird-watching, meditation, and spending time with family and dog Archie.
